Yes, the machines are CE and/or TÜV certified
We take care of everything. As soon as the machine arrives at customs in your country, you will be contacted by our forwarding agent who will follow up with you on all customs clearance. After paying the VAT and customs duty, the machine will be transported to your plant
We take care of everything with our own technicians and/or with the manufacturer's support
After the installation is completed, a Chat group is created where besides us there will be you, the technician who did the installation and the manufacturer's technical department. In this chat you can write in your own language and the system will translate all cumuications, including image files, in real time. You will always have contact not only with us, but also with the technician and the manufacturer.

We will agree with you on the language. Generally English is always present, but if necessary we will arrange everything in your language.
Sure, you can do it in person or online. You can visit with us our customers or you can send your material that will be processed and returned documenting each step with videos and pictures
Absolutely yes, we can do it together at any time. If you would like to be accompanied by the vendor who is following you, you will have to provide travel costs for him as well, otherwise you can meet one of our local colleagues directly on site who will accompany you on the visit.
