This machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC centralized control, and human-machine interface display. It consists of a manual paper feeding table, thermal film supply, film slitting and punching mechanism, hot pressing laminating and its control system, eliminate curling mechanism, slitting mechanism, paper receiving table and other components.

Film replacement operation: When the film is used up, stop the machine, rotate the gas expansion shaft of the film transport to open the support arm outward, remove the film sleeve, replace it with a new film roll, place the new film roll on the original scale, and then rotate the gas expansion shaft of the film transport to reset the support arm to start the machine.
