Performance and Applications

The AZ-1300 full-automatic cardboard laminating machine is equipped with new type feeder vacuum paper feeding machines for the top paper and the bottom paper respectively, and adopts the overlapping paper feeding method to make the paper feeding process more stable and accurate. The gluing of the bottom paper can adjust the thickness of the coating according to different requirements of the laminated papers. With the configured gluing adjustment system, it can be operated without shutting down the machine, making the glue coating thinner and more uniform, thus achieving the effects of improving work efficiency and saving glue. The bottom and top papers are positioned, laminated and initially pressed by a pair of high-strength gripping and laminating rollers, and then enter the powerful pressing rollers for multiple pressings and output. The finished products enter the paper collecting machine and are stacked in the way of aligning three sides of the paper, with the paper stack height reaching 1650 mm. This machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC programmable controller, with multi-stage pressure settings to automatically control the hydraulic station. The products produced have high lamination accuracy, and the combination of the bottom and top papers is firm and smooth. The finished products can immediately enter the next processes such as die-cutting without waiting for curing. With automated production, high efficiency, it significantly reduces production costs and can create considerable benefits for enterprises.
